Welcome to Home Quick Check – Houston and Pearland’s premier home inspectors.

We are fully licensed through TREC, members of InterNACHI, and fully insured. We have a knowledge of homes and construction through extensive training and education. Any time our clients are buying or selling their residential properties, it is critical to schedule a professional home inspection to identify any faults in its condition. Also, some refinancing processes will require a professional home inspection for the proper assessment of the property. TERMITE INSPECTIONS
We are fully licensed termite/wood-destroying insect inspection professionals (TPCL number 868053). Don’t let termites or other wood-destroying insects secretly destroy your home from the inside – have us perform your termite inspection with a full home inspection, or as a stand-alone inspection service. 11TH MONTH INSPECTIONS
Have you had a home built in the past year? Likely, your builder provided you with a standard 12-month warranty on your home. Before your builder’s warranty is up on your new home, be sure to hire us to perform a full, thorough builder warranty inspection so you have a punch-list of items for your builder to fix so that your home is safe and functioning for many years to come.
