Due to the pandemic, most (if not all) major businesses in the United States have had employees working from home in the past two years. As restrictions ease, many of their employees have been asked to move back to a public space. In other cases, business owners have started new ventures that have simply exploded, leading them to need more space to keep up with demand. If you’ve found yourself in a situation where you need to move into (or back into) a public workspace, there are plenty of things you should consider before committing to the move.

Does your business operate special equipment that requires extra power? Is the building you’re moving into properly outfitted with sufficient internet access? Does the lighting in and around the building contribute to security and mental health?
